Immerse yourself in a bespoke day of well-being tailor made you.

Together we design + create a nurturing and nourishing day just for you, ideally by the Sea in my hometown of Folkestone but I’m happy to discuss other options.

We’ll schedule a Zoom meeting prior to discuss your intention for the day. This is an intimate, personal offering + may be hosted in-part at my home as well as in nature, by the sea or in a studio, depending on what aligns. My intention is to offer this special day from my heart + from a place of intuition + for you to leave feeling held, witnessed, nourished, empowered + inspired.

Your day will be approximately 5 hours long including an hour or so for lunch (included)
